Worthy Vice Counselor
| David Dang
The Worthy Vice Counselor offers guidance and assistance to committee chairpersons and members, assumes responsibilities of the WCC in her absence, and is responsible for planning community service projects and compiling the OTC Handbook, and assisting the treasurer with dues and fundraising.
My name is David, I was born and raised in San Francisco and I am the current Worthy Vice Counselor of PDC’s Zeta chapter. Outside of school, I like watching TV shows, Netflix, and occasionally playing video games. I also enjoy trying out restaurants finding good places to eat and am open to any recommendations for new spots to try! I have a big fear of heights and I get freaked out by relatively large insects... My favorite foods include anything noodle based such as ramen or pho, but I can pretty much eat anything that I’m given. One non-professional goal I have for the future is to try and travel to more places! So far outside of the US, I have only traveled to Asia and I am looking to expand my horizons and experience more cultures.
What do you look forward to most this year?
I look forward to working with the rest of PDC board and making sure we have great events for our brothers and future candidates. I am also excited to learn more about how I will be able to better serve my patients through my coursework as well as through my experiences in pharmacy settings as a student pharmacist!
One interesting fact about me is...
I like watching cooking videos and living vicariously through those videos because I won’t be trying to make half of the recipes that I watch.
